Second, youth workers must be prepared to grapple with the impact on their own practice that a more rounded christological framework may have for them. This will inevitably involve a review of what is currently done as well as a passion to develop new practices. Which brings me to the second point of frustration that I have felt over the years. This relates to my own experience in youth ministry. Relational
